Balanced Plumbing and Roofing was established in March 2025 and has grown quickly thanks to our focus on honest work, reliable service, and quality workmanship. What started as a small operation has quickly become a trusted local business servicing residential, commercial, and strata customers.

We’re a small but dedicated team of three, and we like it that way — it allows us to keep our service personal, responsive, and consistent.

Jordan — Owner, Plumber & Roofer

Jordan is the owner and the one you’ll most likely see on site. With experience across both plumbing and roofing, he takes pride in diagnosing issues properly, offering practical solutions, and making sure every job is completed to a high standard.
Balanced Plumbing and Roofing was built on his goal of providing reliable, honest trade services customers can actually depend on.

Bianca — Administration & Operations

Behind every good tradie is someone keeping everything organised. Bianca manages the administration side of the business — bookings, invoicing, communication, and making sure jobs run smoothly behind the scenes.
She’s also known for occasionally turning up to site with a much-needed cold drink or coffee delivery.

Ryan — Plumber & Maintenance Specialist

Ryan is our maintenance guru and an all-round hard worker. Whether it’s leaks, blockages, repairs, or general plumbing maintenance, Ryan is known for his attention to detail and strong work ethic.
